FAQ’S

WHERE DO YOU DELIVER TO?
We deliver nationwide, throughout New Zealand.
We work with a range of courier services to make sure we get your gift to the recipient on the desired date. Auckland Region: Next Day (for orders received before 5pm). North Island: 2-3 working days. South Island: 3-4 working days.
Please note; Delivery timeframes are targets only. While all reasonable efforts are made to achieve these, there are no guarantees or refunds on late deliveries.

DO YOU DO WEEKEND DELIVERY?
Sorry our operating hours are Monday to Friday.

HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?
We offer a flat rate of $6.95 for standard delivery nationwide.  

CAN I SPECIFY A PARTICULAR DATE FOR DELIVERY?
Together with our courier Company, we will endeavour to meet your desired delivery date however, please keep in mind the minimum time-frames for delivery.

CAN I TRACK MY DELIVERY?
Yes, once your order has been processed, you’ll receive an email with tracking details which you can use to track the delivery of your order.

CAN I COLLECT MY ORDER?
Boxette is an online store only so all Boxette boxes are delivered to you or your lucky recipient.

CAN I INCLUDE A PERSONAL MESSAGE WITH MY GIFT?
Absolutely, just enter your message in the Comments Box before submitting your order to the Cart.

HOW DO I SELECT CUSTOM BRANDING?
If you order five or more of the same box you will be able to upload your logo and select the elements you wish to have Custom Branded. However if you wish to purchase five (or more) different boxes, please complete your order and indicate you would like Custom Branding in the 'Special instructions for Boxette' section of 'Your Cart'. We'll then email you to finalise your Branding.

WHAT ARE THE TIME-FRAMES FOR CUSTOM PACKAGING?
Once we receive your brand elements and have everything we need, we’ll create the artwork and email this to you for approval within 2 working days.
Once you have approved the artwork, we will arrange printing of the materials. Depending on what packaging elements you wish to have branded, this usually takes between 2 working days -3 weeks.
• FREE Custom Branded Seal (2 working days)
• FREE Custom Branded Insert (2 working days)
• Premium Custom Branded Tissue (3 week turnaround)
• Premium Custom Branded Ribbon (3 week turnaround)
Delivery of your gift will occur once we’ve received your custom packaging. Delivery timeframes will follow those as outlined above.

CAN I SAVE MY CUSTOM PACKAGING FOR FUTURE USE?
Absolutely. We’ll keep your artwork on file for you. To reorder gifts using your existing artwork, simply select the ‘Custom Branded’ option in the cart and let us know in the notes section of the Cart that you wish to reuse your existing artwork. We’ll email you to approve the artwork before submitting it to print.

CAN MY BRAND BE PRINTED ON YOUR BOXES?
We offer our partners the option to custom print certain elements of our packaging, incorporating their brand into the finished product. This includes:
• Branded Seal
• Branded Insert
• Branded Tissue paper
• Branded Ribbon

WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?
For online purchases, we accept American Express, MasterCard and Visa.
Non-online orders: If you are a Corporate Client and preferred we invoiced you, this can be arranged. Please request an order form and/or place your order directly via email; hi@boxette.co.nz

HOW SAFE IS IT TO PUT MY CREDIT CARD DETAILS INTO YOUR WEBSITE?
We use Shopify Payments which is PCI compliant, meaning that they use best industry practices to keep your credit card details safe, and they don't store your credit card details after your payment has been processed. We do not see, or store, your credit card details when you place an order with us.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER DOESN'T GO THROUGH?
First check that you have entered all of your details correctly and you have sufficient funds to process the payment. If you are still having trouble, please email us at hi@boxette.co.nz.

CAN I BUY ITEMS INDIVIDUALLY?
Sure - you can easily add products to your cart however, we require a minimum of 3 products for the purchase to be delivered in our Boxette branded packaging.

WHERE IS YOUR COMPANY BASED?
Boxette is an online store only however, our distribution and company are based out of Auckland.
